Australian Sencha Matcha

Combining Japanese Sencha with traditional Japanese Matcha. Tea is grown in North-East Victoria, using time honoured Japanese production techniques.

Brewing

Add 2.5gm or 1 teaspoon per cup for 1 - 2 minutes  at 75-85degC.

Beyond 2 minutes, the brew grows bitter.
