High grade, imported Japanese bush grown in  Australia exclusively for the Japanese market, now also available locally, has a very powerful taste with notes of the typical Japanese tanginess, very aromatic, a treat for the long-time green tea connoisseur.

Brewing

Add 2.5gm or 1 teaspoon per cup for 1 - 2 minutes  at 75-85degC.

Beyond 2 minutes, the brew grows bitter.
